My school is 60% in state, 40% out. The way I mostly see it, the out of state kids come from money usually, and the in state kids don't. Of course this isn't always true, I know a lot of kids from WV who aren't poor or anything.
In my experience, it's a lot of greeks doing the coke.
And even if they come from money, I still don't know how they can afford it.. what excuse can you give your parents for needing all that money all the time?
