1) Yes it is true. Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. has never been sued for hazing.

2) I know for a fact that 7 of the 8 other organizations unfortunately have been sued for hazing. I have not verified if the other organization has been, but fraternal organization researchers have insinuated that they have (but I've seen no evidence). Until I know it for a fact, I will just say all but one.
