If you look in the upper right hand corner, there's a Search button that can be extremely helpful. We've had many threads similar to yours asking for rush/recruitment ideas, and almost 4 years worth of ideas can be helpful for your sorority. New ideas are added every year, but the classics seem to work as well.
If you get an error saying your query was too short, simply add an asterisk * to your query.
This was what I got when I typed in "recruitment ideas" when I did a search.
