And, just like old times, a Cotton Bowl bid is on the line. Id say i'd like to be there, but it's in Austin, and those people rank just behind Texas Tech and Detroit fans as the most classless venues in sport.
I think we actually have a good shot this year, unlike the past few of the Mack Brown era and i'm hoping that this game will be a rehash of the 1984 contest which was an upset in Austin by the Good Guys and we went on an 11-3 winnin streak against the 'Horns. That was also the year that we last lost to Baylor
So break out the Cotton, my boys are gonna pull out a close one against the nutless bovines.
