All the Phi Delts I have met have seemed to be pretty solid guys. A couple of Phi Delt transfers (no current chapter at my old school) used to hang with us and the general thought was that it was too bad they were already initiated members of another fraternity as we would have liked to bid them. Can't say much better than that!
