I would just like to make sure you know... if you decide to commit to being a den leader (and there will be big pressure! "We can't have the Tiger Den unless someone steps up to be the leader"), you must realize that you are not committing to do this for one year... you will be doing this until he is a Boy Scout! It didn't dawn on me until a couple months after I said "I can be the assistant leader" that this was a YEARS long committment!
