R Kelly under investigation on new child molestation case

NEW YORK - It's beginning to look like R&B singer R Kelly, real name Robert Kelly, have a lot more to worry about than suing rapper Jay Z, with a 75 Million dollar lawsuit for being kicked off The Best of Both Worlds Tour.
After making his final appearance with Jay-Z last week on their ill-fated co-headlining tour, R Kelly will be making a different appearance - in court.
R Kelly, whose sex tape trial is set to start at the beginning of
next month, was hit wit a summons yesterday evening by the family of singer Ashanti, for allegedly making sexual advances toward Ashanti's younger sister. An official complaint was filed Thursday afternoon when the underage girl complained to her family that Robert Kelly fondled her breast while backstage at a recent awards show.
Charges are currently pending against the R&B singer.
No comments have been made at this time regarding the case from Kelly.
