Well that remains to be seen. Personally, I think it's not. I'm predicting that just when things start to settle with Marissa and Ryan again, Ryan will find out that Teresa lied to him about losing the baby and he'll go back... once again abandoning the Cohens and Marissa. And THEN the truth will come out that it's really the other dude's baby, after it's born.
