Personally, I don't think the Electoral College is a bad thing. Truthfully, this system is still very much needed today. Some of the founders concerns are still valid. If we switched from the Electoral College system to popular vote, less populous states would be rendered voiceless. However, I do think we can tweak it a bit. I'm not in favor of the all or nothing system. Some states do the percentage thing. I think that's a more accurate way to do it. A little more complicated, but more representative.
