Yeah, she does not sound so good live. I remember hearing her on either the Ryan Seacrest Show or the MTV Video Awards Pre-Show (can't remember which one) and I was thinking to myself, "Wow...she sucks."
She's sings from her throat instead of her diaphragm (I use to do professional singing so I pick up on these things quicker) and it would make me cringe just listening to her because I knew the strain she was putting on her vocal cords. What do you know? While watching the Ashlee Simpson show, she had to go to the doctor because she had damaged her vocal cords so badly!
