The Supreme Court sits like a Supreme Tribunal as appointed for life. The Legislative Body cannot stand that as they must be elected each time.
Hell, they are no different when it comes to anyone disturbing their Good Old Boy Group.
But, they do have differing opinions about what jusdgement should be handed down not all of the bickering along Party Lines and preasure. Well, Hopefully!
