Why not? She wasn't falling down drunk. She wasn't puking on the curb.
If she was holding a glass or bottle of champagne, people wouldn't think of her as being "unclassy". Just because it's beer it changes the perspective....
For all you know, she could be holding those bottles because she's carrying them over to friends. I know that I've held more than one bottle in my hand at a time because I bought drinks at the bar for my friends and I was bringing it over to them.
