Just looked at the history of the CWS.

WOW. USC ROCKS. ha ha
USC has won it 12 times.
'48, '58, '61, '63, '68, '70, '71, '72, '73, '74, '78, '98

LSU 5 times
'91, '93, '96, '97, '00 (way to go dominating the 90's LSU)

Fullerton 3 times in '79, '84, '95

Stanford twice in '87, '88

Texas and UofA, ASU come in with multiples too.

I have to agree. Our first football game is going to be very sweet revenge. I'm looking forward to that game to taunt some Tulane fans. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sad that Tulane lost. If LSU couldn't bring another chapmionship back to LA, then at least Tulane could have made the state proud. Now that Tulane is gone, all I got to say is that now it's Tenn turns to lose. If LSU can't represent the SEC, then I want somebody other then Tenn to

definitely a lot of empty seats! In fact, originally, the amount of tix sold was record...more sell-out games than ever or somehting like that, is what ESPN said....but now, a lot of those are going to waste. I think I read somewhere they are calling it CWS hangover for the locals.
