Good luck with everything. Could you please clarify something for me though. Currently you are a colony. If you don't get a charter and become a chapter you will lose colony status and everything else? Is that the way it works?
Why can't everyone simply rent out a house near campus? Or maybe reserve dorm rooms on the same floor? Just a suggestion. But keep working hard and it will work out!
