Actually its a tribute to the stupidity of trying to legislate social issues like sex.
OBviously it was consenting. Their getting married now just shows we wasted lots and lots of money putting her in prison.
I agree that if it were a 12-14 year old girl it would be different. In our society women need to be protected sexually even from themselves.
But generally adolescent boys don't need to be protected from having sex with good looking women.
I would hav given my son a riase on his allowance and bought him a car early.
