In my chapter we don't have an Inspiration/Sisterhood chair. But at every meeting we had "The Rose of Inspiration". It's a notebook with a rose attached to it. Each week it is passed from one sister to another sister who inspired her most throughout the past week. And the sister passing it on writes a small, maybe one page note to the sister she is passing it on too. It's a small gesture, but sometimes it can be very special to someone.
