I pay $624/month to live in a very nice apartment complex in a safe part of town. I could list a string of amenities if I could remember them all but they aren't important to me. What is important to me is to have a safe place to live & a safe place to park my car. And the extra space in my bedroom, bathroom, & living room don't hurt either.
