Prayer Request

I don't normally do this but...

Yesterday I found out that one of my Jaycee chapter's past presidents, who is one of the nicest guys I know and a mentor to many people, collapsed on Sunday and was diagnosed with a brain hemorrhage. The next day he developed a blood clot and he will almost certainly have to have brain surgery. Please keep him, his family, and our chapter in your thoughts and prayers...so that he can have a full recovery.

Thanks.

In LFS,
Rachel

Update...and very good news too!

Not only did he not have brain surgery, but he's HOME! He is on blood thinners now for the clots (there are 2) and if that works like the doctors expect, they can avoid surgery altogether. (Keep your fingers crossed that it does!) He is not completely out of the woods yet but he's doing well.

Thanks everyone for your prayers. It means a lot.
