Violet: I hit the lottery for a little over a $100!!!! (they say there's drinking Irish & gambling Irish, and I don't drink much...!)
Bud: I thought of a way I can bless a woman I know that she'll love and won't cost me a lot of money or more time!
Weed: My sister-in-law's father passed away this morning, and NO ONE was with him at the time.
When we heard last night that no one was going to stay with him all night, I was going to go up to the hospital to be there (yeah, I know, the Irish and their death watches!), but as I'm not immediate family, the hospital wouldn't let me. They're having a memorial service, instead of a viewing & all.
(edited to add: I keep careful track of how much I spend & lose on lotteries, etc. Last year, I came out $412 to the good. This makes me $96 to the good. I don't allow myself to get out of control!)
