This sounds almost like a "prefs"type meeting. I think this is a great time to talk about how important these past few weeks have been for you, and that you have really come to love XYZ and the women in it, that you actually turned down another bid from ABC because you wanted to get to know XYZ better. That you have made wonderful friends in XYZ and want the XYZ's to know that your heart is with them.
