If I am not mistaken, I think I remember the doctor mentioning something about that after an event like a heart attack of something like that, it is normal for the patient to act happy or depressed or whatever. I think that Dan is just acting happy...but he could be acting none-the-less.

Am I the only one that wants to know what was in the letter that Lucas left for Brooke and Peyton? How funny was it when he called them out for not reading it by talking about the fake P.S. he wrote?!?!
