Well, I am certainly curious about visiting it, that's for sure! My sorority is having their 2002 Convention in San Antonio, TX, so maybe that would be a good chance to combine a Convention and a Texas visit.
I love California too....I just asked about Texas, since I have visited California, but I haven't been to Texas! People are sure passionate about their respective States!
The only thing that concerns me is the gun-thing. Is Texas a bit more (for lack of a better word) "gun-fixated" than other States? This worries me quite a lot.
(Please note, I don't want this to degenerate into a a big gun debate...please know that guns in general are pretty alien to we Canadians. )
But otherwise, the more that people post, the more that I am interested in seeing Texas with my own eyes!!
