It's in the evacuation plans, though officials have not yet implemented it - they may do so as Frances gets closer. Tolls on the Florida Turnpike, Sawgrass Expressway, Alligator Alley, and various toll roads and bridges in the Tampa and Orlando areas have been lifted during the evacuation.
