Hey ladies! I wanted to let you know that I was at Drexel last night for a housing meeting, and I talked with Whitney, their president. She said they don't do a ceremony for the necklaces...they just give them out. My assumption is that big sisters would present them to them during the big/little ceremony or at initiation.
That doesn't mean you can't write your own though
