HC peep this ad from my local newspaper: "Social services caseworker needed. Full time with benefits. $20K/yr. Send resume to PO Box ABC123?"

HC I did that and got a call for an interview at the Salvation Army?
HC I was like b/c the job didn't pay much but the hours were good and they had benefits?

HC I went out there today and right at the beginning of the interview the chaplain tells me that there was something misleading about the ad in the paper?

HC my first thought was, "the $20K was a mistake!"?
HC he tells me that they were not looking for a caseworker, they were looking for a social services caseworker director? For the whole county? For $20K/yr?

HC I know the SA works on a limited budget but dayum, ya'll can't afford to spell out what you want when you place an ad in the paper?

HC I didn't stay for that interview?
HC I don't have enough SW experience to run an agency for the whole county?

HC not for $20K, anyway?

HC I've only been out of school 2 yrs?
HC I did pray to the Lord that if HE felt this job was not for me, do not let me get any further in the interview process?

HC I guess the SA was not for me?
HC perhaps my place is at my current agency?
