When I was in law school (complete with heavy-duty honor code, hard-core bell curves and grades based solely on a final exam),
every professor put old exams on file in the library. The purpose was to help you study as well to help you see how a particular professor structures an exam. Nothing wrong with it at all.
But as ktsnake rightly points out, if a school's honor code prohibits it, then it's prohibited.
