Oh sweetie your not "no fun". You just are concerned about recruitment, which I'm surprised the girls aren't more concerned too. Without a good recruitment they could be in the same "boat" as some of our struggling chapters (and lets face it, without "naming names" we have struggling chapters there is no reason to hide that fact).
Have you thought about going to the recruitment advisor and talking to her. Or is there another adivisor you can go too? What about the FR chair, you could offer to help her out. I'm sure she is extraordinarily stressed out.
