I don't live in CA, but your crisis is indirectly affecting us up in here in BC. Because BC Hydro is selling power to CA, our hydro/electricity bills have tripled!! However, the province is making a tonne of money due to BC Hydro sales in CA, so I guess it will work out. I'm just glad we don't have to deal with "planned blackouts"
