Congrats on your new job. I've been at my company for over a year and right now I'm being eyeballed by the higher ups for an Assistant Vice-President job. Wish me luck. This is currently in the pipe and about 6 months down the road. Wish me luck!!! !

I was offered some therapist positions in our outpatient mental health clinic and also at a hospital, but I don't want to be inside all day waiting for the client to come to me, and also, in those kinds of positions, you can't really do any referral/case management stuff for clients in severe need because as a therapist "you're primarily there to listen".
