Buy speaker wire that has a color of flat white, and that is paintable. Basic
Monster Cable XP-NW wire will do. Its about $65 for 100'. Two rolls of this, plus 2 pairs of inexpensive speakers, like
Energy's XL-150 speakers, at $200/pair, will be a much better choice. You'll also need mounting brackets. Energy sells these also.
Also, remember that wireless speakers have transformers. This means that you would either need to have electric outlets placed high up, and behind the speakers, or run extension cords down the wall.
If you own the place, you can go for in-wall, or in-ceiling speakers.
