The guys from LX Z, (Mine) have one hanging on the wall of the rental house like yours.
I am sure, that if you find a semstress in your area and have a picture of the Flag, that they can make one up for you.
The one I got from IHQ is nylon. I could have had the Zeta Letters put on it at an extra cost.
There is also a Flag Company in Kansas City that makes flags, but did not check on costs with them, maybe I should have.
Beleive it is International Flag Co.
