after all the bids are distributed on bid day, the rho chi's line up (all still wearing their recruitment tee shirts). Then they go down the line and do a cheer from their house and take off their recruitment shirts to reveal shirts with their letters! Very cute We also do that thing where we try to guess what houses our rho chi's are in!
