Most will get one bid, yes. Some campuses are set up where every woman who follows all the rules and goes to all the parties she is invited back to, is guaranteed a bid somewhere. Multiple bids, however, do NOT happen in formal recruitment. I do not know how informal recruitment works, but multiple bids
may occur in that process.
I believe that men can get more than one bid in fraternity recruitment.
