Not counting the shows I've never liked (like Friends) I would say:
90210 - the "everyone going to the same college" thing was cheesy but handleable...but when they graduated and all stayed together it was over. I also hated that Janet chick that Steve hooked up with even more than Hilary Swank (and that's some serious hate).
Melrose Place - after Jane & Alison & Billy were gone and there weren't any original people left, it got really sucky.
Real World - the last good one was Miami. The last one that even had making fun of people potential was Hawaii. All the ones since then have been booooorrrrring, they are casting people for how they look and how easily they will get drunk and naked - most of them don't even have personalities.
