My vote is for making a notation that they are in default. If they make good on their defaulted auctions, we can 'clear' their notation. I'm not concerned about slandering these sisters. We are not making a slanderous statement if it is a truthful statement.
As an avid eBayer and good Sister, I will try my best to not bid against a sister. Yet, if that sister isn't a good eBayer and defaults on her auction, she puts a black mark on our name. (Besides that, *I* may have wanted that item and b/c she's a sister, not made the winning bid!!
