Okay, so I'm a big Star Wars nerd. I was so excited about Episode II that we purchased tickets for opening day in advance. We got in and found 5 seats together, sat down and I find I'm crying once the lights go down and the film starts. Naturally the boys and DH thought I was insane
I spend the next 2 hours almost in shock until the final 20 minutes hit and it's finally somewhat worth watching. The credits roll and I start crying again from the sheer disappointment of the experience.
Even so, I'll be buying tickets in advance for the first showing after school on opening day for Episode III. It can't be any worse than the last one, because we actually have an idea of how this one is gonna end.
