I don't know what you're trying to go into, but I'm doing a dual degree MSW/JD and the following MSW programs that I applied to did not require the GREs:
Washington University in St. Louis
Columbia University
University of Pennsylvania
Boston College
University of Michigan
Loyola University Chicago
