Football Tailgates

Just wondering what different people on other campuses do during football season for tailgates. My house likes to rent a school bus pick up a sorority and then set up Barbeques. Anyone do something really fun or original for yours? I'd like to hear some ideas.

Grill burgers, hot dogs, hang out..

Good times.

One of our guys went down to the OU-Bama game last year. Was amazed to see the Sigma Nu's were grilling seafood and other very pricey items.

It would be nice to have money.

Amateurs......

OH PUHLEEEZE!!!

Burgers & hot dogs? You gotta be kidding.

If you haven't tailgated in the Ole Miss Grove, you haven't really tailgated. We've raised it to an entirely new level, complete with linen, the family silver, and mint juleps!

From Tailgating.com:
Ole Miss Tailgating

Ole Miss Tailgate Parties

Notes from the Commish: Hotty Toddy is the battle cry of the Ole Miss Rebels. The Grove is probably the most single outstanding tailgating area in the country. No cars allowed, only tents. Twelve acres of tents sprang up at 1am. Food came in from 6am-8am. And the party was on! Truly Southern Hospitality at its finest. There may be bigger…there may be louder…but there truly isn’t any better tailgating than Ole Miss. On the menu: Southern fried chicken, fried fish, ribs and burgers and lip smackin’ anything served with Southern Hospitality…y’all.
