My freshman roommate had a lot in common with me, but our personalities were different.
We had the same exact birthday...she was born half an hour later...at the same hospital no less. Our dads worked at the same place (although they had never met). We had the same number of siblings, that were the same ages. We were both in band, both got the same SAT score, you name it. We also took almost all of the same classes.
However...she was into "role playing" games and wearing black and listening to Rush and Queensryche (this was in 96-97 btw...). She didn't wear shower shoes, so she got warts on her feet! She used to drink all of my Dr Pepper...ALL OF IT. And she would eat my food and never offered to buy any. She would be online ALL NIGHT on MY COMPUTER! The crowning moment however, was when I woke up to her and her boyfriend in her bed asleep and a condom wrapper on the floor!
Just to be fair, I will say that I was kinda messy and I used to blowdry my hair in the morning, etc. So I was by no means perfect.
Also, her mom was diagnosed with cancer when we were freshmen and later died of it.
