We sing fun songs (Oh, Pat; Rah Rahl; Kappa chant, etc) before the rounds start and get really excited! We also turn on fun music and have a dance party...
At the end of each day of recruitment, we hand out awards like "Best Rusher," "Most Spirited," etc (my mind is going blank) and give out Kappa notepads, cards, blue soap, picture frames, & other fun stuff...
Here is a poem that I copied from somewhere on the Kappa forum that would be especially cute if you are putting it on sisters' pillows. At the end, you could include a personal message for each sister!
