I was originally signed up to go through Formal Recruitment in January of my sophomore year (my school is deferred). I went to a Kappa COB party before Formal began and knew that Kappa was where I belonged! I accepted my bid in December then helped the chapter during Formal in January... so I had the best of both worlds! I would not change my decision for anything. But my words of wisdom are that you should only rush one house if you have looked at all the other options!
