UPDATE:
They got the house!!! That means we will be able to split it with them. It will be nice to have a house again!!
It is such an awesome house. It was actually a convent for the sisters of a local hospital and then it was turned into a small hospital. It has 30 rooms.
This should be pretty interesting!!
