Constitutionally, Mu Alpha requires 15 hours of service, I think??
It's been a while.
However, that's pretty much the last thing the chapter uses to determine who is "Active." Most times, Brothers who don't perform chapter projects for whatever reason can apply their outside projects and activities as "Service to the University" or what have you.
