Highs: I'm going out to eat with a close friend of mine on Friday. I'm also excited about this weekend because it's time for my family's annual pool party.

Lows: This makes up most of my day. I came back to my apartment this morning to find NO power. I can't stand Indy's power company. Supposedly they received my payment for last month like 3 wks after they were supposed to. Not my fault. I sent it early. Anyway, so I get a statement saying I haven't paid for last month and now owe over $100, but being as horrible as they are they had actually received my check but didn't show it on my statement. I had paid for last month.

Anyway, so I call the power company today, and they said that it wasn't due to funds and would send someone out. However, my apartment complex checked on it, and they said that my power meter had been yellow tagged, which usually means that they shut my line off themselves. Why??? Grr...Finally, IPL turned on my power 30 min ago.

I'm not happy at all about this. I think my fridge was off for too long, and I'm worried some of my food has gone bad. Thanks IPL.

(Sorry, just needed to vent there.)
