Hrm...let's see. Not knowing how much you want to spend, I'd suggest getting her a Gamma Phi Beta bracelet of some sort or maybe a pendant designed to hold her badge?
Actually, now that I've been to look, the sterling silver crescent bracelet is nice as are many of the pendants offered on the Masters of Design website. The pendants are a pretty good deal at about $20-40.
