Wow, 2 for 2 there LASTPOETNSITE!! Yes Timothy McVeigh deserves to die. But he should not be granted his wish. He should suffer the rest of his lives behind bars in a drab, dreary cell, on a cell block full of sodomites for his abuse. His is not worth the driugs that it takes to kill him.
Secondly, is capital punishment unfairly administered? Yes. This is where I am troubled. I believe in capital punishment, but not in its unequal administration. Haven't thought of a soluion yet.
