Exactly, but we all know how the media uses different tactics to get people to read their stuff. Usher is obviously more popular than Joe Budden, so they'll use Usher's name in the headlines instead.
Someone needs to remind Joe Budden that doing something like beating a baby out of someone is a CRIME!!!!!
