Being a minority should not be an issue. It wasn't at my school (I'm Chinese-Canadian, how's that for minority!!) and shouldn't be at yours. If they do make it an issue, well, you don't want to be there anyways.
I'm so glad you like Chi Omega, but just remember, things happen, and it's never a good idea to make up your mind before you've had the chance to really get to know all of the other houses!
