At Convention this past week....two things:
1. I roomed with the National Philanthropy Coordinator, who had a philanthropy display that needed to be changed every morning. Well, Friday morning she was occupied with some visitors related to our philanthropy so our other roommate and I volunteered to change the display. Thing is, we had no clue what to put on there...we knew it was something about care packages to soldiers. So the morning session is beginning and we're outside the door digging through her stuff trying to figure out what the he** goes on this display board. We grabbed things that looked OK and then couldn't find the tape. We must have been sleep deprived because we just lost it laughing and had to stay outside of the session for a few minutes in order to collect ourselves.
2. Same roommates on Saturday, getting ready for our formal banquet. We were REALLY tired by then because we were trying to put on makeup and kept laughing at ourselves. It's a wonder we didn't wind up with clown makeup on!!!!!
We all live in different states and originally met at National events. That's the beauty of sisterhood....it's truely for life.
