There was no Progressive Canadian candidate in my riding, however I read on the CBC website that the Progressive Canadian party is made up of former PC's who didn't agree with uniting the right - they are trying to re-establish the PC party in a way.

eta: 30 minutes till the polls close in Nfld., 5 hours till they close out here
